As small business owners who work from home, we're always looking for great places to hang out that have good coffee and reliable wifi, especially when we're holding meetings or getting stir crazy and need to work remote for a few hours. Within the past few years, Jacksonville has experienced a significant influx of independently owned coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, and restaurants springing up all over the city. One of the neighborhoods that we’ve seen this kind of growth most is Murray Hill. Vagabond opened their doors less than a year ago, but has quickly become one of our favorite hangout spots in town. They started out by selling coffee from the cutest little turquoise camper in the heart of downtown Jacksonville, and we love that their new coffee shop is just as fun, quirky, and welcoming. We’re passionate about entrepreneurship and excited to see how these types of businesses are changing our community.
What we love about Vagabond: Bright, cheerful, warm environment. Baristas are always friendly and welcoming. They serve both sweet and savory baked goods, made from scratch daily. Plenty of outlets and decent wifi for those who plan on getting work done.
